It’s a special occasion. How will you celebrate? It’s probably a toss up between going out to a fancy dinner or cooking a fancy dinner. Going out to some place amazing, like Myriel or W.A. Frost (both in Saint Paul), usually makes it feel extra special, but there is something to be said for a quiet night at home. Also, I find that these occasions come up on me faster than they used to so it can be easier to make some Charred Tuna with Beurre Noisette or maybe some version of Eggs Benedict – that’s special too right?
