EJ and I caught some of San Francisco’s Carnaval parade this Sunday. It’s a wonderful annual celebration of the vibrant Latin American, Carribean, and African communities in the Mission District, in San Francisco, and in the rest of the Bay Area. BARTy the BARTmobile appears in pretty much every SF parade, decorated accordingly.
