Bomberman is somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me. Even though most of the games play exactly the same, I love digging into each one and seeing what makes them different from the rest, alongside their always banging soundtracks. Released for the PS1 in 1998, Bomberman World sees the titular hero blasting his way through 5 worlds in order to defeat the Dark Force Bombers and the evil Bagular. [System played on: PlayStation 1] [Price: N/A- Emulated] [Playtime: About 2 hours] [Beat date: 05/01/2026] 👍 Positives Multiplayer is chaotic and as fun as always. The soundtrack is excellent (as is the case with any Bomberman game) 👎 Negatives Other than the isometric view, nothing really sets it apart from other Bomberman games.
