I have been a highly motivated person recently. It helps me be consistent in my studies, and I feel like it somewhat helps with setting priorities. But I feel like the most important thing I've learned related to that is there is very little difference as for the long term results between exerting all of your force at once and spacing out the effort. Not taking breaks will lead me to taking one long break, so I think it's best to just allow myself to rest in between short time periods, rather than be drowned with work and have to readjust after that just to do all of that again multiple times over.
