The 2026 edition of the Windup Watch Fair San Francisco was at Fort Mason this weekend. I only made it to the fair for a couple of hours on Friday, but I think I made the most of my limited time there. I bought a couple of ads from Ad Patina: a vintage Speedy ad for Eryn and a Jackie Robinson “Think Different” ad for myself. I met both Jody from Just One More Watch (who was there to rep Erebus) & Nick from StrapHabit, and as always it was nice to run into some other 49 Crowns members. I went to a Baltic event at Clicky Bezel the night before the fair, and got to check out the new Baltic × SpaceOne Seconde Majeure jump hour collab, as well as each of their Heures du Monde worldtimers. I failed to get many wrist shots, sadly. Out of everything I tried on, I was most tempted by Héron’s Marinor in Caribbean Blue—a truly lovely take on a 60s dive watch.
