Leader Election - Failed to renew lease

When we are troubleshooting kubernetes, we often see this in the logs. E0317 12:34:56.789 leaderelection.go:367] failed to renew lease: context deadline exceeded What has happened is the Controller has failed to renew the lease and is not able to serve your request.
