Street Portrait – Havana, Cuba I’m starting another mini-series of three posts on street portraits. Not that I haven’t featured street portraits already from Havana–I’ve posted a lot. However, what makes these different is that I shot them all on the same street within minutes of each other. As you can tell from my Cuba series, Havana is such a target-rich city. Multitudes of interesting, deteriorating architecture and the occasional gem that is still in great shape. Then there’s the people. So expressive, varied, and friendly. This couple epitomized the friendly, accessible environment for street photography and portraits. No wonder so many photographers, especially the street photography aficionados, love Havana.
