Ooh alliteration, fun. My little hydration hack, is a case of water and Mio flavourings. And not just like one flavour. No, no, I use a couple of them at a time to make little water cocktails. I can mix the lemon with the berry or cherry. Or if I want it more citrus-y, I can do lemon and orange. If I want a sweet mix, I'll do the berry with cherry. This appeals to the novelty my ADHD craves, and it's fun to experiment. Like being a kid and making potions. I've tried having refillable water bottles (even ones with straws), but I always end up abandoning them and then they get all gross and any desire I had to drink water evaporates. Before using the Mios, I was buying cases of Gatorade because I needed the electrolytes during the summer. Except a case of 24 Gatorade costs between $251 and $30 per month, and I was rotating between two pack variations: grape, fruit punch, and orange, or grape (again), berry, and lemon-lime.
