Spicy City

Way, way back in the 1990s, animation lunatic Ralph Bakshi scored a TV deal with HBO. His mission? To create a cartoon for adults. Bear in mind, this was before South Park hit the air. Ralph tracked down a ragtag crew of untrained writers with real life experience and created Spicy City, a six-episode cyberpunk noir erotic Tales From the Crypt. Against all odds, it was actually pretty successful. So why’d it never get another season? And how many animated boobs made it into each episode?
