Recently my friend Gavin posted a blog here about owning music versus renting and then posed a challenge about what albums you want to own for the rest of your life, rather than lease from streaming etc. I’ve decided to give this some thought myself. However, since I own a lot of my favourite albums already I’m treating this as a sort of wish list. Ten albums I don’t own yet but would like to eventually. That’s the reason records like British Steel and Holy Diver aren’t on here for instance. Hopefully I’ll be able to own these albums and add them to my vinyl collection someday. Motörhead - Another Perfect Day. Some albums on this list are hard to find copies of or are really expensive. This isn’t the case with this record. It’s an underrated gem and the fact that I don’t own it is a travesty. The only reason I don’t is because I keep flip flopping on whether I want the regular album or the 40th anniversary version with all the live stuff. I’ll make up my mind soon and pull the…
