April was all about not missing run workouts. While I did drop the strength work in the gym, I had up to five runs per week for every week, with even two harder workouts per week. Something is still off with my legs, as I pay for every good workout with one or two crappy runs, but I will not complain; running is always better than not running.Oh, and last week I did the hardest track workout of my life.
