Anbernic’s RG Rotate seems to be coming relatively soon, with what I’m assuming is the final promotional video for the handheld revealing a full spec sheet and unboxing experience. According to Retro Dodo, the black model will be made mostly of plastic and priced at $88 with the silver, all-aluminum model at $108. Both models will launch on May 11th with early-bird pricing set at $82.99 and $99.99 respectively. Full spec sheet from Anbernic Spec-wise, the Rotate features the T618 chip — the same chip powering the RG Vita — and a 2000 mAh battery. This pushes the device into a realm where GameCube, PS2, and Wii games are technically playable, although the choice to omit analog sticks along with such a low battery capacity sure does make that power seem unnecessary.
