April is Global Poetry Writing Month. Everyone participating from around the Web is encouraged to write a poem a day, optionally based on each day’s prompt. It was my first time participating in this challenge. My goal was not to pen a poem a day for the sake of it but to write verses which express what I think and feel about various things. The collective challenge helped catalyze the process, just as the photoblogging challenge did in 2022. I ended up publishing 10 pieces of poetry this month, all listed below. It includes two poems written in Hindustani, which was part of my writing goals this year.
