The Update

I’ve been posting regularly on YouTube and the audience is actually shrinking. Uh, I don’t think it’s the algorithm. I think my content is just wrong. I’m struggling to find how to present it properly, and if I’m in a groove, at what point do you put it there, and is it complete, and is something incomplete not great, and all that kind of stuff? I see a lot of people blame the algorithm, or bitch about this, or bitch about that. And then there’s a lot of hot tips on how to make your stuff look and sound like everybody else. Finding my own voice, look and feel, is going to take a while. I have a bunch of ideas that I’m gonna try, and then when something works, go with it. But remain being myself. It’s funny when you post stuff, YouTube will now give you comments and, again, try to make it to where it’s most watchable. And I think you have to pay attention to that.
