🗓 // Apr 26, 2026 - Mary 2, 2026 Fairly uneventful week, but last weekend was the 25th anniversary of my dad's passing so he was on my mind on Sunday. That started me down the rabbit hole of doing some online newspaper archive research on my dad's early coaching career. Claude was really helpful in directing me towards some resources, and also gathering up my recollections about his coaching career overall for future projects. ⚽️ L's soccer coach told her team they needed to watch a professional soccer game (American soccer un-culture in a nutshell!) and I was working at home Tuesday so we made a point to watch the Champions League semifinal between Bayern Munich and PSG. We were pulling for Bayern and Harry Kane and it ended up being a wild 5-4 offensive game with home side PSG coming out on top. I never force the girls to watch soccer, but we have watched a decent number of Spurs and Spokane Zephyr games together over the years. 🏡 Got our side yard reinforcements sorted out so that…
