I always have issues getting a good night sleep. I tend to worry about my work. The more I think about my work, the harder for me to fall asleep. I used to write down my task so that I know what needs to be done in the morning. It helps with my sleep. Now, I have further refined my pre-sleep routine by scheduling all my emails and messages. I use a tool called SKEDit to schedule all my messages. By scheduling all my messages, I know my messages will reach the right person at the right time. It keeps all my contacts engaged. Scheduling messages is always the last thing that I do before going to bed. I use many tools to enhance my productivity, SKEDit by far is the best tool that I have found lately. Note:I don't get paid by SKEDit or any sponsors. And I use their basic paid version.
