We made it through yet another round of storms and tornado warnings overnight (Sunday night), and I am TIRED tonight. Luckil,y I have plenty of photos ready for you! Here are my choices for today:Sunrise, April 24, 2026Cedar waxwings still brightening my days.Tree swallows still around in large numbers too!And the boys are still squabbling with each other.Red-headed woodpeckers are so striking.Little ruddy duck swimming behind a raft of coots.She was nice enough to show me her wings!Ruby-crowned kinglet looks as curious as I do.I really will miss these masked The Bonaparte’s gulls have only graced my presence in the dim light before sunrise. I haven’t seen any Franklin’s gulls yet either!I feel so lucky that I got to see the avocets!
