Yesterday I was reading a book and in it a character talked about the haves and have nots and all of a sudden I had the outline of this post in my head. The haves are stealing all the creative output of the have nots. The have nots are the largest group of creatives, the blog keepers, the writers, the artists with small followings on their Instagram accounts. And yes, they also steal from creatives who are part of the haves. But those have the means to fight back, however successful it might be. Those small creators, who have shared their work freely, see their work stolen and have no way to fight it. The haves take. The haves use. The haves steal and call it progress. They act as they always have done. The world exists for their taking. They also abuse the planet in their hunger for control. Data centres are the worst.
