Feel free to skip it.In those days when I have no fixed goal to achieve, my mind wanders a lot. As a result, I end up tinkering with my blog or doing random internet searches. I think it's not bad when there is a weekend, but what bothers me is that I fall into this trap during weekdays. A distracted mind acts weirdly because it repeats the same thing, which makes it even more distracted. With more repetition, it loses its energy and starts getting frustrated. Those days when I am focused, I finish my work with calmness and peace. There is a sense of accomplishment after the focus mode. A similar feeling can be observed after a workout session. I feel calm after that as well.
