You can’t stay the same and expect to get somewhere new. It doesn’t work like that. People set goals but try to keep their current habits. Same routines. Same mindset. Same level of discipline. Then question why nothing changes. But the version of you that has what you want, Doesn’t live like you do right now. That’s the part people don’t want to hear. For me, it’s been obvious with this cut. I couldn’t keep eating how I used to eat. Something had to change. So it did. Food became intentional. I weigh everything… Not because I enjoy knowing how many grams something is. But because the goal I want requires me to do so. And that’s how it works in everything. If you want more money, your habits have to change. If you want a better body, your discipline has to change. If you want a different life, your standards have to change. You don’t magically arrive at a new outcome. You become the person who produces it. That’s the trade.
