Celebrating this year its twentieth iteration, the Sheikh Zayed Book Award was established to commemorate the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (1918-2004), founding President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi. The sheikh was married seven times and had thirty children.
