❯❯❯❯ LIFEI continued to struggle adapting to being nicotine-free over the last few weeks, and the havoc it's wreaking on my unmedicated ADHD continues to ripple into everything I do. I did call my local GP about it and discovered that, apparently, because I refused to go forward with a process that wouldn't even help me during the initial assessment, having ADHD wasn't even written down anywhere in my notes. Northern Ireland also doesn't even offer assessments for adults anymore outside of private ones, so you're fucked if you don't have the money. Then!! They also took me off my B12 injections, which is hilariously perplexing. Like? Okay, sure, I guess pernicious anemia can go into something of a remission. But the condition itself is still lifelong. Suddenly telling me I don't need the injections anymore when I was put on them because I don't absorb B12 from food or supplement tablets like regular people do is crazy work.
