life is a really long time

01.02.2025 the older you get, the more you have known everyone for a really long time. i cant believe it. someone i met last week. in ten years i will have known them for a really long time. someone will ask if we have met and i’ll say yes, ten years, and theyll say wow that is a really long time. unless people become dead, but in my experience everyone i know doesnt die very much. very very rarely. i have a good friend. i only see him a couple times a year. but i have known him eighteen years which is a really long time. but every time i see him he asks if i am still with the same woman i once dated for a really short time a really long time ago. he thinks that life is a really short time, but i know it is a really long time. life is long. so so long, and every day life gets even longer. this is the longest time in the world. this old one was published in issue three of my zine YCPD
