Nothing like Korean ramyun – this one is from a brand that makes some nice varieties. Found this one at Boo Han Market in Edmonds, Washington. Let’s cook it up! Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, pepper thread, sesame seed, fish cake, and scallion. Noodle is great – nice chew to this one.
