It is nearly the end of April and I need to tell you about next month. May will be quite busy for Amanda Jane Textiles as my quilts will be out and about in various places next month. At the end of this week, on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2026 from 12.00 midday until 5pm, they will be part of the Green Walk Open Houses Arts and Crafts Weekend at Green Walk, Whalley Range Manchester M16 9RE. Green Walk Open House Arts & Crafts Event 2026 This is the official description of the event: This will be the 17th Green Walk Open House Arts & Crafts event. Organised by a group of Green Walk residents, a selection of houses are generously opened up for artists and designers to showcase and sell their creative work. Browse an eclectic mix of paintings, ceramics, glasswork, photography, textiles and jewellery, then take a break on the central green to enjoy refreshments from the charity tea tent.
