Written during some random downtime I’d like to start a digital garden, but I crave structure. I’m considering making a separate “garden” tag or something for my Obsidian vault and Bear Blog to designate what is the garden. Or, should I just host my garden using Obsidian publish so I can use the cool graph dealio? I don’t really want to pay for Bear Blog and that though. I still have a desire to write “performative” pieces (things that are more polished) and journal. These each feel like separate things though: the garden may bear produce. I also like chronological organization, but I could see it being less helpful without more categories. Some parts of the digital garden don’t make sense to me. Chronological order seems so right for blogging. I do wonder about journaling and publishing. Sometimes I feel like journal entries clog up the discovery feed. I know I don’t read others entries where the title is just the date.
