I missed last week’s note. Well, it was a busy week, and the weekend was a bit hectic too. I hung out with Franks for a bit on Sunday. It was exhausting, and I fell sick the next day. This week also was a tad busy. I’ve mainly spent the latter part of the week reorienting to become kinder / gentler with myself, considering the stuff I’ve been going through in this year so far. I went on a shopping spree at Uniqlo (I really wish they had a physical store here.) Some of my haul is arriving tomorrow and I am so keen! Admittedly, I bought a LOT of clothes. Yikes. Well, I don’t usually buy clothes so this might be a good purchase, at least until winter this year. Yesterday, I watched Michael at a local theater, again on a complete whim. I thought it was an OK movie because it felt very surface level and a montage of different points in Michael Jackson’s life. I remember watching the music videos for Thriller, Beat It, Bad, and Smooth Criminal as a kid, and I went mainly for the nostalgia…
