A Saudi contract should contain the Commercial Registration number of the parties. It should identify the individual representing the company. Due diligence should include a copy of the board resolution authorizing that individual to bind the company. The absence of the first suggests that a contracting party does not exist. The absence of the second suggests that a real company is nevertheless not obligated under contract.
