I had trouble finding this image this morning. Arnaldo Parra was the Panamanian club owner who introduced General Juan Domingo Peron to his second wife, later presidenta of Argentina, Isabel Peron. At the time of the introduction, Isabel was a dancer in a Panamanian nightclub.
