It’s been fun to read the chat thread where people are sharing their Chat Adventures and their Chat Tips, and there’s one comment I want to highlight, from reader Deborah: Like others, I do this in the normal course of my day. When I do it, it’s usually because I want to connect. In the last two days, since I’ve INTENTIONALLY chatted with a stranger, I have thought more about how the other person responded. And I found that other people want to connect too.
