Skipping reply buttons or links in my posts prevents the urge to update their copy or presentation. Updating them manually across hundreds of posts was a hassle each time. People wanting to contact me can just use the navbar link at the time of writing. I'm not yet aware of any way to check for dead or down hyperlinks on my blog. Thus, ignoring them instead of manually searching for and marking them saves me much time and effort. Them popping up more in older posts makes savings juicier given how less visible said links and contexts are. Rarely updating my agave theme for bear blog frees up that much more time for typing up my thoughts and sharing them with you. I'm pretty sure that mission is what got me to register here in the first place. I can afford to honor that through a functional design that I already mostly like.…
