How I might keep using Ghost

One thing I've never loved about Ghost is the selection of available themes. They're all the same, or at least they all give off the same vibe: "Monetize!" Gross.I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on themes over the years. I've abandoned all of them. OK, not true, the theme I'm using (as of today) is a paid theme, with my own tweaks.
