Whoops, this week’s Friday Fave got bumped to Saturday because it’s been a busy week!Okay, here’s a hypothetical scenario. You’re watching a movie or TV show. An actress or actor enters the scene and they seem familiar. You can’t quite place them, though. Where else have you seen them? What do you do? Me? I have to immediately know what else they’ve been in, or I cannot continue to enjoy the show. It’s a compulsion, I know. (Mind you, this isn’t for every actor, and I don’t do this in the movie theater.)Once upon a time, I would pull up IMDb to search for the show, ignore the popups and ads, find the character, get annoyed by wading through all the cruft and junk, and finally look at the rest of their filmography. Now? I just pull up the Callsheet app. I look the show up, find the person, and look at their other work.
