28c is too hot (or 82f for those that use Fahrenheit). I'm ready to tap out at 22-23c. I should have made the effort to get up before the daytime heat started suffocating me. So, I only managed an hour or two out in the sunshine, smothered in factor 100(!) and whilst carrying enough water to rehydrate a small village. Yea, dehydration and excessive sunshine is not a good combo for the migraine afflicted. I didn't see the Spotted Flycatcher from yesterday, but I did manage to finally get a Whitethroat and a bonus Soldier Beetle, which I just happened to spot amongst the reeds whilst waiting (impatiently) for the Flycatcher to return (it didn't). Soldier Beetle Annoyingly, I didn't realise the camera had set back to JPG only when I switched to aperture mode for this shot. But actually, with just a few minor edits, it came out alright.
