Experimenting with dinners I have a problem with food. I think I always have since a child, but now the metabolism has slowed down and the weight has caught up. I’ve done everything. Intermittent Fasting, OMAD, MyFitnessPal etc etc. We’ve been on Gousto for around 6 months now but that’s started getting stupidly expensive, plus there’s SO much prep involved. Now, I’m incredibly lazy and if there’s even a whiff of friction, I’ll be put off from doing a thing. Having to come down from work and do dinner, bath and a reasonable bedtime for my daughters. That’s a lot to cram into a 1.5 hour window. And when Gousto takes an hour to prep and cook 🤷. I know, woe is Ed. Just do this or just do that. But it doesn’t work. Neither for myself or my partner. We always resort to a takeaway. Get it ordered when I finish work and it’ll be here by the time the girls are in bed. (We’ve started doing the girls separate dinner, more on that in a bit). So now for my current ‘solution’. Burritos. Burritos…
