I don’t talk about this much, but I love trivia. I love Jeopardy and trivia game shows. I watched them a lot with my family growing up. I love trivia board games and party games. One of my favorites is Wits & Wagers. I love You Don’t Know Jack and other trivia video games. My favorite was Scattegories on CD-ROM, which aesthetically lives in my head forever. One of my earliest PC gaming memories is playing Who Wants To Be A Millionaire on like Windows 98 and half-jokingly wondering if money would start printing out of the floppy disk slot. I hope to someday try my hand at some sort of pub trivia, though I’d have to find a subject I feel like I’d stand a chance at. I’d also have to muster the courage to walk into a pub, lol. I love sites like Sporcle that let you make and play quizzes about basically anything. I love that after the success of Wordle, we saw an avalanche of daily browser-based trivia games for every subject you can imagine. A refreshing return to the limelight not just…
