One of the things that I have noted, is that with the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, I get worried that people will think that I am using AI to write instead of writing things down myself. It has changed my writing so that I no longer include or rarely use em dashes (—). It's one of the signatures of AI, that and, I suppose some sentence structure is linked to AI. I used to love those dashes, and I love commas, I still use them too much. Even then, it is increasingly harder to admit when something is AI and when it is not. But you can usually tell right away when an article is written by AI by how empty it may feel or come off as. Usually, it sounds like a baby boomer giving you general life advice. I know, sorry to jab on the baby boomers. But it will be something like "and this is really good, because x means good things coming your way!" but anyway, there is almost a robotic feel for advice, explanations, and summaries to AI writing. It doesn't lead you to feel anything…
