If you build or maintain computers, or service electronics, something you’ll always come across is the matter of cleaning out dust. In the past, we’d use cans of compressed air to blow the dust out, with the bonus of them acting as rapid freeze spray for fault finding. But these cans are increasingly expensive to buy, they’re single-use and the propellants they emit aren’t exactly good for health. As a result, battery operated air dusters are the new gadget that every service tech needs. I knew I needed one, so I went and bought a generic one a while back, without reviewing it. But then somewhat recently, I heard all of the raving about Wolfbox and their MF100, so I sprung for one of those on discount to compare. Days afterwards, the MF200 hit the market, so I got one of those too … just in case it was better. So now, I guess, I’ve got three air dusters and a reason to compare them all.
