A one-lined poem (NaPoWriMo #23) Some items I’ve cooked or blended to feed my face and make my mind, body, and soul happy. And my stomach, too. 1. Curry tofu stew over Basmati rice & garlic naan. 2. Smothered smoked turkey wings (cream of mushroom-based gravy) over Basmati rice & zucchini, squash, & tomatoes. 3. An avocado, banana, mandarins, pina colada yogurt, & oatmilk pudding. 4. Loaded salad: fried chicken strips, spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onions, mandarins, non-dairy cheese, parmesan, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. 5. Roasted Brussels sprouts. 6.
