Nau MaiYesterday we had another lovely day off in Brisbane. Australian tour day 7: we continue with a grueling schedule of resting. It was another day that began with a cooked breakfast although this one was put together mostly from leftovers. I used a microwave to reheat some of the tomato rice pilaf that Jon had cooked for dinner the night before and at the same time used the BBQ to reheat some grilled zucchini and eggplant from yesterday’s lunch. To tie it all together I fried a pair of eggs (in a frying pan) dark side down and laid them atop of the plated rice. The dish was topped with chopped coriander leaves and chili flakes. In the afternoon there was furious action to be seen on the croquet court.
