Bearnalytics, or: The Unbearable Weight of Being Seen

When I started this blog I only had a vague plan, really more of an idea of a plan, to do some daily writing to get back into the groove of writing and to slowly work on the website. So really mostly for myself and to build up to something decent some day. What I did not expect was for anyone to show up, especially not right away. Some time around day 10 of blogging daily is when this blog surpassed "~1,000" unique visitors. On the scale of social media these days™ that is not much, but let me tell you: 1,000 is actually a lot of people. Almost too many to fit in my living room. Every few years I ask for recommendations for small YouTube channels. I deliberately do not define "small" cause part of what I want to get from the answers is seeing how that definition of a "small" YouTube channel changes over the years.
