I know many have loved the export version of this one for a long time but this one’s different. The Hokkaido flour seems to impart more chew and firmness. I haven’t reviewed this profile in a long time – let’s hit it! To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy! An instant noodle block. A sachet of soup base powder seasoning. A sachet of seasoned oil. Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, scallion, chashu, and narutomaki. Noodle is great – a fried instant with flour that makes it a bit more sturdy on the chew and mouthfeel.
