I know many have loved the export version of this one for a long time but this one’s different. The Hokkaido flour seems to impart more chew and firmness. I haven’t reviewed this profile in a long time – let’s hit it! Nissin Demae Iccho 100% Hokkaido Wheat Flour Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Flavor Instant Ramen – Hong Kong Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy! An instant noodle block. A sachet of soup base powder seasoning. A sachet of seasoned oil. Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, scallion, chashu, and narutomaki. Noodle is great – a fried instant with flour that makes it a bit more sturdy on the chew and mouthfeel. Broth is milky with a really nice savory flavor and then the black garlic oil that catapults it to the next level. Truly enjoyed this one and highly recommend. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code…
