weeknotes 9

may 10-16, 2026 hello, friends. i’ve been wanting to make some changes with how i write and deliver my weeknotes. i think i’ll experiment for a bit and attempt at delivering it through letters instead. perhaps my lack of journaling caused this itch (‘journal entries: 0’ for the last few weeks.) i want to make it less robotic and a little bit more personal. like someone updating a friend through letters. because who knows? maybe that friend is a future me who would really appreciate future past me for writing to her. i started my first job ever last week. as mentioned in my previous blog post, i somehow landed a job in our government’s science & tech department. for context, the same department under their science education agency gave me a scholarship throughout my entire four years of undergraduate studies. it was a massive help. they’ve also hosted seminars and training camps, which, we scholars would half jokingly say increase our patriotism (a very difficult thing to have, living…
