Last Friday I checked out (hello, short interruption, brackets spu here, you might want to read this footnote1 before clicking the next link) nudel.cc2 for the first time. I was a bit disappointed at first as it seemed quite dead and I couldn't get anything to run, (or at least I didn't hear anything, turns out a simple F5 would've probably solved my problem) but a day later Lu Wilson published this video of an older talk they gave and even though the description reads "nudel.cc is now closed" it kind of lead to a revival of nudel over the weekend. One of the mantras there is "let code die", it's okay delete code, including other people's, and start over. Most folks were pretty hesitant to do so, but at the same time were very lovely in their hesitation, having some nice conversations in the comments.
