My Favorite TV Shows and What Draws Me to Them

As I read blogs this morning, I checked out their slash pages. Something that caught my eye on Matt’s blog was a list of favorite TV shows. Some are familiar, some I enjoy, and some I’ve never heard of. But it sparked the writing of this post. I haven’t had a television since January 2014…Nikki was a teenager and both of us watched Netflix more than the TV. It made sense to quit forking out $130 a month for cable TV - that never got watched - and just go with Netflix for $7. I no longer have Netflix but I’m sure it’s more than $7 nowadays. Turns out, not having a TV for 12 years (let alone a smart one) makes it difficult to help Auntie M when she forgets how to use her newly bought smart TV. I always have to call her neighbor for help 🙄 Over the years, I watched shows on my phone, laptop, and iPad. But the past few years, I use my iPad most of the time.
