Today I spotted a Spotted Flycatcher. I had no idea what this species was when I see it, or that I managed to capture it in such a good position. I wish I was a little closer (or had a little more telephoto reach preferably) as the image is quite heavily cropped, and I probably needed a faster shutter speed...though I think some motion blur in the wings kind of adds to the image a bit. I suspect it was busy trying to catch something as it kept diving into some reeds and returning to the same perch, over and over. Maybe I should return myself and try and get a cleaner shot.
