High Hrothgar

Miles: 12 100 Miles comprete!!! We climbed up this steep rocky mountain that reminded me of the 7000 steps of High Hrothgar in Todd Howard’s hit best selling game that had won over a dozen game of the year awards The Elder scrolls V: Skyrim. At the top was a watchtower that marked the 100 miles milestone. Is this where the word milestone comes from? I ponder. Later in the hike this dude in a white van pulls up with TOOL blasting and gives us cold beer while the military dude from yesterday (I keep people anonymous and he doesn’t have a trail name yet) is giving a yoga lesson. We split an AirBnB (Scary Hands, Motorman, Gussied Up, Zero Turn, Greenman, and Fuckman) so we went into Franklin and scored a free meal from Chick-fil-A from the shuttle then once they saw that we are thru hikers they gave us another free meal.
