rambles that go nowhere #2

I've been so tired from work that my hopes for keeping a blog just got lost. I wish I had a desk job, or at least one that didn't involve hours of heavy lifting. Oh well, money is money and it's better than nothing (don't look at the arthritis in the background of this picture). The weather is so beautiful lately, and I've been trying to pay better attention to the trees blossoming. There was a tree that bloomed last month, it smelled so amazing but I still haven't found time to check what type of tree it is. The cherry trees are blooming now, I saw them on the bus on the way home the other night. I should walk the dog there later to appreciate them. Lately I've wanted to read, but I can't get into anything. I got two books of poetry to try out -- I haven't read poetry since school (the one for adults who didn't go to school, ha), and it's always been kind of intimidating because of those Expectations. I like it, though, I think? It's interesting to read something in full in less than…
