Sunday Asides #91 The Strait of Hormuz re-opened for a hot second this week, and now it’s closed again. It’s kind of amazing how this incident has thrown the entire global supply chain into disarray. Spirit Airlines might even go out of business and Europe is slated to run out of jet fuel by Memorial Day! Congratulations to Beyond the Gates on being renewed for two more seasons! Now pick up the pace on some of these storylines that have been in play since the first episode! Trump vs. The Pope sounds like a Celebrity Deathmatch pairing. I’m in such a weird place about working right now. All I want right now is a full-time job that pays well, is in my wheelhouse, and doesn’t piss me off. That’s it! I don’t have aspirations of a “dream job” -- definitely not in fucking tech, ugh -- nor am I concerned with trying to climb a corporate ladder.
