How large is your social battery's capacity? How fast does it drain with each social interaction? What social archetypes seem to suit your capacity and drainage given their range across this 2x2 matrix? While capacity does inform how social someone can be, I'm more intrigued by drainage. Reading an admission of quick drainage in the wild inspired my chosen motif in the first place. That said drainage can manifest physical fatigue and illness above emotions like shame and guilt took me aback. It's nice that accommodations like spaced-out interactions prevent that. However, how much slower can anyone's battery drain to satisfy their own desires of efficiency? Analyzing the apparent causes of your suffering can reveal more logical explanations than expected. Aversion of unwanted situations, such as feeling embarrassed about or being disliked for your actions, averts wanted situations too.
